Terms of Service

Last updated September 4, 2026

These terms govern use of Checkcall, a track-and-trace platform for freight brokerages operated by Codercrew LLC ("Checkcall," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Checkcall, you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.

Who this is for

Checkcall is a business tool for freight brokerages and their staff — it isn't offered to individual consumers. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business signing up.

What Checkcall does

Checkcall ingests load information from documents and emails you send us, tracks shipment status, and places automated calls to the drivers and dispatchers assigned to your loads for routine status updates. It reports what it's told, timestamped — it doesn't negotiate rates, make dispatch decisions, book loads, or invent a status it wasn't given. Anything outside routine tracking is flagged for a person on your team to handle.

Your responsibility to drivers and dispatchers

When you use Checkcall, you're asking us to place automated status-check calls to the driver or dispatcher on a specific, already-booked load, on your behalf — operational load-status calls only, never marketing or promotional content. You represent and warrant that, before providing us any driver or dispatcher's phone number, you have obtained that person's consent — verbal or otherwise — to receive these automated calls, for every load, as part of your standard load-booking and dispatch process. This is a condition of using the service, not a one-time signup formality. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we tell drivers and dispatchers, and how they can opt out.

You agree to indemnify and hold Checkcall and Codercrew LLC harmless from any claim, fine, or liability arising from a phone number you provided without the consent described above. We may suspend calls to a specific number, or your account, if we receive a complaint, an opt-out, or another indication that consent wasn't properly obtained.

Your account and subscription

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Checkcall to:

Your data

You own the load and business data you provide to Checkcall. You grant us a license to use it solely to provide the service to you — extracting, storing, and acting on it as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't use your data to train models for other customers or sell it to third parties.

Third-party services

Checkcall relies on third-party providers to function — including AI providers for document processing and conversation, and telephony providers for calls. Their availability and performance can affect ours; we aren't liable for outages or failures originating with a third-party provider we don't control.

Disclaimers

Checkcall is provided "as is." Status information is only as accurate as what a driver or dispatcher reports to us — we don't guarantee its accuracy, and you should use judgment before relying on it for anything consequential. AI-generated summaries and responses may occasionally be imperfect; anything unclear or unusual should be verified by your team.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Checkcall and Codercrew LLC aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or delayed shipments, or reliance on information reported through the service.

Termination

You may stop using Checkcall and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page if these terms change, and post the updated version here.
